Affiliate-ready is not the same as tracked
ChooseCompute records clean direct product URLs separately from merchant-program evidence. A store marked “Affiliate-ready” publicly offers an affiliate or creator program; it does not mean ChooseCompute has been approved, that tracking is currently attached, or that every SKU earns commission.
Until approved account credentials supply merchant-specific parameters, the site displays the clean product URL and never invents an affiliate ID.
Editorial separation
Product inclusion requires official identity evidence and a concrete new-condition US listing. A product does not qualify merely because an affiliate link exists, and commission rates do not affect recommendations, price ordering, lowest-total calculations, or which stores remain visible.
Merchant links identify the merchant, use sponsored/nofollow semantics, and point to exact product pages rather than search queries. Seller, condition, stock, warranty, final price, and MPN should be checked again before purchase.
Marketplace boundary
Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, and Best Buy may expose third-party marketplace offers on the same product page. ChooseCompute labels these links conservatively and does not treat the retailer name as proof of seller identity, fulfillment, authorization, or manufacturer-warranty eligibility.
