NVMe slots, not HDD bays
Six M.2 2280 NVMe slots on PCIe 3.0 x1, N5105, 4GB DDR4 (16GB max), dual 2.5GbE, HDMI 2.0b and S/PDIF, 65W brick. The archived table’s HDD capacity examples are inconsistent and are not used as usable capacity.[1]

All 6 storage slots use NVMe SSDs. Select compatible M.2 2280 modules and budget for endurance and a separate backup. The manufacturer archive contains copied HDD-capacity examples; those are not accepted as SSD limits.[1]
Its NVMe slots do not accept SATA hard drives, and local SSD headline speeds are not network speeds.[1]
2 x 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet (2.5G/1G/100M); confirm the rest of the network and drive layout.[1]
Follow any specification for its full conditions and sources.

PCWorld copied ~275 MB/s both ways on one 2.5GbE port with two Crucial P3 drives (ADM 4.2) and treated 590/583 MB/s as vendor figures. PCMag’s 4.9GB folder was 116 MBps on a 1GbE router LAN and 306/288 MBps on a 2.5GbE switch with five WD Red SN700 in RAID 5. IT Pro’s ATTO on two disks reached ~283 MB/s reads at 2MB, again the single multi-gig link.[4][5][6]

Tested: Two Crucial P3 NVMe modules, ADM 4.2, one 2.5GbE port. SSD capacity/RAID not fully stated. Vendor 590/583 MB/s are lab SMB-multichannel figures, not this test.
Applies to: Exact enclosure model; conclusions apply to the stated tested storage and network setup.

Applies to: Exact FS6706T. Speeds follow the Ethernet path, not raw NVMe.

Read the original reviewIT Pro Flashstor 6 ATTO on a two-disk array
Tested: Two unnamed NVMe SSDs in RAID 1, single 2.5GbE, ATTO plus Windows copies. 11GB set = one 8GB file + photos + 10,000 tiny files (11,000 files total). Concurrent Handbrake job + large Windows copy + HD Plex stream. Article once says 2GbE; the port is 2.5GbE.
Applies to: Exact FS6706T. Two-disk RAID 1 only. Six-drive RAID 5 and dual-port aggregation are author expectations, not measured. HD Plex smoothness is not 4K hardware-transcode proof. Do not copy results or specs onto FS6712X.

No. NVMe M.2 only.[1]
PCMag measured 116 MBps for a mixed folder on that kind of LAN — NVMe inside does not lift a 1GbE path.[5]
PCMag’s same folder reached 306/288 MBps; PCWorld saw ~275 MB/s on one 2.5GbE port.[5][4]
