The built-in network port limited the native transfer test to approximately gigabit-Ethernet throughput. Native1GbE read / write: 118 /118MB/s. Two4TB IronWolf HDDs in RAID 0; no USB network adapter for this result.
Test setup, measurements & limitations
Ugreen NASync DH2300 review
Tested: Two4TB Seagate IronWolf HDDs in RAID 0. Native1GbE test; separate experiments added a UGREEN CM648 USB 2.5GbE adapter. Exact firmware not stated.
Applies to: Exact DH2300; the adopted result is for the built-in 1GbE port, without the optional network adapter.

Limits to keep in mind
- RAID 0 offers no drive-failure redundancy.
- The article’s generic RAID 5/6/10 table does not apply to a two-bay DH2300; official supported modes take precedence.
- USB-network and caching experiments do not establish vendor-supported expansion.
- Sample-supply provenance not established.
- Docker suggestions conflict with current manufacturer support: DH2300 is not officially Docker/VM capable. RAID 0 has no drive-failure redundancy.
